The"Comfort" concealed floor hatch is used indoors to provide access for inspection or to a basement.
The hatch size refers to its outer frame. The lid is smaller (see table).
If you use other floor finishes, have a non-standard opening, or need a custom design – contact a manager.

The floor hatch is designed for indoor use to access technical systems or floors between levels in residential or industrial buildings.
• Made from precision steel for strength and accuracy.
• Powder-coated for enhanced corrosion resistance.
• Insulated with 30 mm foam and lined with moisture-resistant gypsum fiberboard(GVLV).
• Rubber gasket ensures airtight sealing.
• Equipped with gas struts and a latch lock for ease of use.
3.1. Prepare the opening according to the outer frame size.
3.2. Insert the closed hatch and align the lid with the floor surface.
3.3. Open the lid and fix the hatch through 8 mm mounting holes using anchors or screws.
3.4. Prime the floor and hatch surface, apply adhesive (sealant for metal parts), and tile with a 60° cut along the hinge side. The tile and adhesive thickness should not exceed 15 mm.
To avoid lock damage, retract the latch before closing. Do not step on the lid before tiling. Periodically lubricate moving parts with technical oil.
3.5. After drying, drill a 12 mm hole above the lock and bevel the edges at 60° for the cover cap.
