The"Revizor" concealed access hatch is designed for indoor use toprovide access for inspection and maintenance. It is typically finished withceramic tiles.
The hatch size refers to the outer frame dimensions (see the table). The tile size should match the hatch size ±50 mm.

The Revizor concealed inspection hatch is designed for indoor use, providing access to plumbing and other technical communications in residential and industrial buildings.
The product is made of high-quality structural steel with welded joints that meet international standards. It is powder-coated for corrosion resistance. The door is fitted with a moisture-resistant gypsum fiberboard (GVLV) panel. The hatch is equipped with high-quality hardware and fasteners.
3.1. Mountingin brick, concrete, or foam concrete walls: Install the hatch into a prepared opening so that the door panel aligns with the wall surface. Secure through the side frame holes using screws or anchors. Fill the gap between the hatch and wall with mounting foam.
3.3. Tiling: Tile both the wall and the hatch door. Ensure that the tile overlaps the door panel edges by 5–60 mm. To prevent accidental opening (in push-type hatches),temporarily wedge the door during tiling.
Hinge adjustment is done with a 10/13 wrench by turning the cap nut or screw to raise or lower the door. Tighten the nuts while ensuring free hinge movement.
3.4. After the tile adhesive dries, remove spacers and glue residue, gently open the door, and grout the joints. Seal the perimeter joint with silicone, then cut along the edge at a 45° angle once dry.
Prime the door panel before applying tile adhesive. Use high-quality mounting adhesive or tile glue.
3.2. Mounting in drywall partitions: Assemble a metal frame considering the placement of plumbing and communications. Install the hatch so that the door panel aligns with the wall board surface. Secure it to the frame with screws through the side frame holes.
